How to participate?
- Select Your Course by adding it to your cart
- Once your order has been submitted and received by IDES, you will receive two confirmation emails:
- A receipt for your course order from IDES.
- Detailed instructions for participating in the course will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours from Omnexus.
- Join the Web Presentation Using your computer with Internet access and phone line, follow instructions e-mailed to you to join the web presentation and hear web broadcast.
What will you need to participate? To fully participate in the course, you need a separate phone line and a computer with an Internet connection. Your computer needs to download several plug-ins, so Omnexus strongly recommends to check and test whether your computer supports all necessary plug-ins before passing your registration order.
- To confirm that your computer is configured for access to the event, please click here.
- Enter your name (no meeting key required), then click "Join Now".
- Wait about 30 seconds until slide demo starts. If it does not start, but you are prompted to install, then choose:
"Install the Windows-based Live Meeting Console". Install the file when prompted, and you will be connected to the presentation
- If your computer does not allow you to install in Step b, then choose the option "Use the Web-based Meeting Console". If problems, please call +1-800-374-1852 or +1-706-645-6553.
Order Guarantee You can cancel your order anytime prior to the course by writing to e-training@specialchem.com. All cancellations made before the date of the course will be charged at 30% of total order price. All cancellations made after the course will be charged a full amount of the order price.
