The additives market is poised for further growth as a result of an increase in plastics demand, growth in new geographical markets, and a rise in the electrical, electronics, automotive and packaging sectors. Such growth inevitably creates opportunities, yet at the same time pressure from new environmental legislation and the increasing prices of oil and raw materials may find some companies struggling to compete in this market.
The Addcon World conference is now in its thirteenth year, evidence of its success in becoming a meeting place for those who want to know about the ever-changing composition of modern plastics products.
