Author / Editor Details: Andrew Ciesielski is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry in England (CChem., MRSC) and a member of the Rubber Division of the American Chemical Society. He is past president of The Northern California Rubber Group (affiliated to the American Chemical Society) of which he is a member of the board of directors. He has a wealth of experience accrued over 25 years in the rubber industry, and is currently Technical Director of the Holz Rubber Company in California.
